Vinification: “In rosso” or rather after the first pressing, the grapes are conveyed to stainless steel tanks where they remain on the skins in order to extract all the substances contained in them. Subsequently the wine is aged in oak barrels from Slavonia for 4 months.
Colour: Ruby Red
Olfatto: Intense with a sense of ripe fruit. Slight hint of spices.
Flavour: Well balanced and harmonious, full and savory, tannic enough. Full-bodied.
Serving suggestions: Should de served at: 18-20° C. Ideal with strong first courses or meat dishes.
