Vinification: drying on vines, long stay in contact with skins for 20 days with pump-over in air. Refining 12 months in concrete tanks and 18 mon - ths in barriques.


Tasting notes: intense ruby red colour. Red ripe fruits jam, flowers, herbs and tertiary notes. Chocolate, liquorice and spices, long persistance.
