Flat lands in the northern area of the province of Reggio Emilia, located in the municipalities of Gualtieri, Boretto and Brescello.
Undoubtedly purple in colour and accompanied by a generous froth.

The forest scents, reminiscent of the blackberry fruit, unripe raspberry and the vinosity the wine cellar.

Well structured and balanced to the palate, leaves a positive aftertaste of the acidulous fruit sensations, the sugary aftertaste is
almost imperceptible and not overbearing.

COLOUR: Sparkling ruby red with red evanescent froth.

FRAGRANCE: Intensely fruity, harmonious, refined, typical of
Lambrusco.

TASTE: Sweet, harmonious, bold taste.

HARVEST: Red vinification with maceration of hand picked grapes. Secondary fermentation in autoclave with the Classic Charmat Process.

ALCHOL CONTENT: 12-13%
