Colle Alto Cabernet, one of the first wines made by our Company, is produced with a selection of Cabernet grapes from the hills of Santa Margherita.

The grapes, after a short period of drying, begins the repeated process of pressing and finally they pass to the refining period.

It is an intense coloured wine, which expresses its potential immediately, but is even better after being bottled a couple of years.
