This wine is made from Merlot and Syrah grapes.

Te harvest of these grapes is carried out during the September and we make a very fast maceration with skin (4 hours) and then we press it. Te fermentation and refining are made in stainless steel tank to preserve the freshness. The results is a light pink wine, very nice for aperitif but also with starters and fish dish.
